Upon creating a groundbreaking kava extract that allowed for a remarkable 100:1 reduction in regular kava potency, we were inspired to demonstrate its diverse applications to the world. Collaborating with Vanuatu Beverages, we proudly unveiled the innovative concept of “Lava Cola,” showcasing the endless possibilities of this extraordinary kava extract.
Tanna Kava
Recognized for housing the most potent kava globally, Tanna Island has earned its reputation for unparalleled kava strength. Despite its rugged terrain and deeply ingrained cultural significance, Tanna kava remained largely confined within the boundaries of Vanuatu. In 2008, we collaborated with local custom facilitators to introduce the world’s strongest kava from Tanna to the USA, empowering Tannese kava growers by generating income and expanding the reach of this exceptional product.
Fiji Partners
Exploring the bustling Nadi kava markets for the first time can be overwhelming. During one of our initial visits, we had the fortune of crossing paths with Atish Govind and Zurin Ali of QIO Kava, who graciously guided us through the intricate kava terrain in Fiji. This encounter eventually led to a fruitful partnership, through which we facilitated the shipment of numerous tons of their premium Fiji waka to the United States and various countries in the EU.
The Kava Emporium
Vanuatu has long been revered as a sought-after travel hotspot. Despite its popularity among tourists, there was a notable absence of a dedicated store solely centered on showcasing and retailing kava to visitors. In 2008, we took the initiative to transform this landscape by introducing “The Kava Emporium.” This groundbreaking establishment not only revolutionized the retailing of kava in Vanuatu but also left a lasting impact worldwide. From Kava Candy to Kava Chocolate, our shelves were brimming with an array of kava-infused products, catering to kava enthusiasts from all corners of the globe
United States and EU Kava Market
We built relationships with the booming nakamal industry in the US throughout the 00’s. Vanuatu kava and Fiji kava were supplied by us to many US kava bars. These kava bars included Noble Kava, Sovereign Kava and Square Rut. We also supplied EU companies such as Europe Kava Club.
Community Engagement
We partnered with both Vanuatu Rugby League and the Vanuatu Surfing Association to help them financially with their Rugby League Test matches and International surf contests as well as development programs. We are still involved with the Vanuatu Surfing Association today!
